User Generated Content and User Personal Content

There is lot of buzz on the “user generated video”. This is a very powerful line actually given an opportunity to build big companies in a very short time, no one thought of.

Yeah, both are the same in generic view, differs only if it not accepted as public. If user mentions his content as “public” (option given by sites), that doesn’t mean that, it can be used by anyone for any purpose. This is why, flickr introduced “Creative Commons” in it’s service.

And this is the time major video sites need to bring “CC” and make user aware of it. It may take time, but we can see a better community built like flickr.
